Returns, Cancellation and Right of Withdrawal

This policy transparently explains the conditions relating to our customers' rights of return, cancellation and withdrawal for purchases made through Sleep Soft (sleepsoft.net).

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

Pursuant to the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği); you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date you receive the product you ordered, without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send your request together with your order number to destek@sleepsoft.net within this period.

2. Hygiene and Health Product Exception (Important)

Pursuant to Turkish consumer legislation; the Sleep Soft mouthpiece is a personal hygiene product that is used directly inside the mouth and shaped according to the dental structure (boil-and-bite). In order to maintain health and hygiene standards;

  • products whose protective packaging has been opened,

  • products that have been tried out by being brought into contact with hot water,

  • products that have been moulded or used are outside the scope of the right of withdrawal and their return is definitely not accepted. Products whose packaging has never been opened, which have not been used and which retain their resalable condition are within the scope of the right of withdrawal.

3. Return Conditions

The product to be returned must meet the conditions set out below:

  • the product packaging must be unopened and the product must be unused,

  • the product must be sent back complete, with all its parts (storage case, the complimentary nasal breathing aid if any, etc.) and in its original packaging.

4. Return Process

  1. Submitting the Request: Send your return request together with your order number to destek@sleepsoft.net.

  2. Shipping: After your request is approved, send the product back to us using the contracted courier code that will be provided to you. (For standard returns made within the scope of the right of withdrawal, the shipping cost is covered by Best Food SARL.)

  3. Inspection: When the product reaches us, it is examined by our quality control team in terms of hygiene and packaging standards.

  4. Refund: The price of products whose return is approved is refunded within 14 days in accordance with the payment method you used. For purchases made by cash on delivery, the product price is transferred to the bank account (IBAN) you specify. (Depending on banking processes, it may take 2-4 business days for the amount to be reflected in your account.)

5. Delivery of Damaged or Defective Products

If the packaging of the product you received from the courier is damaged, or the product has a manufacturing defect / the wrong product was sent; we kindly ask you to take photographs of the product and contact us within 3 business days at the latest from the delivery date. In such cases, the return or exchange shipping costs are entirely borne by our business.
