This page transparently explains the shipping and delivery processes for your Sleep Soft orders. In order to keep customer satisfaction at the highest level, all our dispatch processes are detailed below.

Shipping Fee We offer free shipping on all orders to anywhere in Türkiye. No surprise shipping charges appear at the payment step or at delivery.

Preparation and Transit Times Our total delivery time consists of the time taken to prepare your order plus the time spent in transit:

• Order Preparation (Processing) Time: Your orders are usually prepared with care and handed over to the courier within 1-3 business days.

• Courier Transit Time: After your order has been handed over to the courier, the estimated delivery time is 1-4 business days, depending on your region.

Note: During busy campaign periods and on public holidays, slight flexibility in delivery times may occur depending on the workload of the courier companies.

Payment Method: Cash on Delivery For a safe and easy shopping experience, you can place your orders with the cash on delivery option. You can safely pay the product price to the courier in cash or by card at the time of delivery.

Shipment Tracking When your order is handed over to the courier, a tracking number is sent to you. Using this number you can follow the status and location of your parcel in real time.

Undeliverable Shipments For parcels that could not be delivered and were returned to us because the courier company could not find you at the address or could not contact you, our customer service will get in touch with you again. A re-dispatch process is then planned in line with your approval.
