Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

1.1. Seller Information:

1.2. Buyer Information: The natural or legal person who places an order through the sleepsoft.net website and whose invoice and delivery details appear in the order form. (Hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer".)

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties, in accordance with the provisions of the Turkish Law on the Protection of the Consumer no. 6502 (Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun) and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği), with regard to the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller's website sleepsoft.net.

3. Product, Price and Payment Terms

  • The type, quantity, sale price and essential qualities of the product subject to the agreement are as stated on the order confirmation page and on the invoice.

  • The Buyer agrees to pay the order amount by the "Cash on Delivery" option or by the other secure payment methods offered on the site.

  • For shipments made by Sleep Soft to anywhere in Türkiye, shipping is free and no additional carriage charge is applied.

4. Delivery Terms

  • The product subject to the agreement is sent via the courier company to the delivery address notified by the Buyer at the time of ordering.

  • Orders are generally delivered within 1-4 business days to the Buyer or to the person/organisation at the address indicated. This period may vary according to the courier company's operational processes and the delivery region.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Exceptional Cases (Important)

  • The Buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product, without giving any reason.

  • HYGIENE EXCEPTION: Pursuant to Turkish consumer legislation; the Sleep Soft mouthpiece is a personal hygiene product that is used directly inside the mouth and moulded there. For health and hygiene reasons; products whose protective packaging has been opened, that have been tried in hot water, that have been moulded or used are definitely outside the scope of the right of withdrawal and their return is not accepted.

6. Resolution of Disputes

In disputes that may arise from the implementation of this agreement, settlement between the parties in good faith is the primary approach. In cases that cannot be resolved, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence or at the place where the product was purchased have jurisdiction.

7. Entry into Force

When the Buyer makes the payment for the order placed through the site, or ticks the relevant box at the payment step, the Buyer is deemed to have declared electronically that they have read, understood and accepted all the terms of this agreement.
