Our company cannot be held responsible for delivery problems arising from incorrect or incomplete information.

2. Product Information and Health Warning (Important)

The Sleep Soft mouthpiece is an auxiliary product designed to increase comfort during sleep; it is definitely not a medical device.

  • Our product is not intended to make a medical diagnosis, to treat an illness or to cure diagnosed sleep apnoea syndrome.

  • The results of use and the level of comfort may vary from person to person depending on the user's oral structure.

  • People diagnosed with sleep apnoea, those with serious dental or jaw disorders (TMJ etc.) and those using removable dentures/bridges must consult a specialist physician before using the product.

3. Pricing and Orders

The product prices and current campaigns offered on our site may be changed without prior notice. The amount valid for your order is the price you see on the payment or cart screen at the moment the order is confirmed. For orders placed with the cash on delivery option, it is the customer's responsibility to pay the relevant amount when the product is received.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The copyright of all texts, images, logos, videos, site design and other content on the Sleep Soft website belongs to Sleep Soft and to the company Best Food SARL. This content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without the written permission of our company.

Our business cannot be held responsible for any indirect or direct damages that may arise from incorrect moulding of the product (for example, keeping it in boiling water longer than necessary) or from use contrary to the instructions.
